Shipping costs within the United States and overseas are indicated in each listing. All domestic orders whip with Priority 2-3 day estimated delivery window and limited insurance. Full insurance can be added at your request. Feel free to contact us for any special shipping needs prior to placing your order.
Please make sure your mailing address is correct prior to placing your order and notify us immediately should you realize there is a mistake. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to monitor your package
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship internationally via First Class International Mail, with a required customs declaration accompanying the package. Delivery times vary for different countries. Please note that your country may charge a duty fee based on the value of the goods you have purchased. We have no specific knowledge as to what those charges may be for any particular country. Duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and have no relationship to the shipping charges collected by the US postal service.
TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH FIRST CLASS MAIL. Once the package leaves the US we no longer have access to any information regarding the delivery until the package reaches its final destination. If you would like to purchase a shipping upgrade with tracking, please contact us to make arrangements for shipping with your preferred method prior to placing your order. Priority international offers such tracking and delivers in 6 to 10 business days.
If your package seems to be delayed, please contact your local customs office for information. We are not able to discuss any delays or duty charges with the customs office in your country, nor are we able to predict how long the delivery process would take.
Please note that failing to pick up your package once it clears customs would result in it being sent back to me. If the package arrives back safely and undamaged, I will refund you for the purchase price of the items minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded as they have been paid to the postal service to deliver the package. If you wish to have the package re-sent to you, new shipping charges will apply.
ONE SHEEP TWO SHEEP CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT - DOMESTICALLY OR INTERNATIONALLY. Once the package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the USPS and your mail carrier and we have no control over the physical delivery.
Returns and exchanges are available on a case by case basis within 7 days of purchase. Items must be UNUSED and in PERFECT CONDITION. A receipt must be included in the return package. Those are found in your email from Etsy following your purchase or PayPal depending on your payment method. Return shipping charges are covered by the customer. Returns will be processed within 7 days of return package receipt.
Please note that we can not be responsible for damaged fabric if it has not been treated according to our recommendations. All of our fabrics are unfinished and most are delicate knits, not appropriate for machine wash or dryer. We recommend gentle hand wash and air dry (lay flat). Minor imperfections are to be expected especially with open weave pieces. However, we inspect our fabrics thoroughly for any defects that may compromise the integrity of the piece.
Fabric may look differently to the naked eye color and texture wise. Our photos are taken by professional photographers with different editing styles and using different editing techniques. In addition there are differences in color based on your computer monitor and calibration.
